Left the cars at the bottom of Wolf Gap, shuttled up to 55 and headed south on Tuscarora County Line Trail. Double track climb with a few steep pitches, pops you out on a wind-swept ridge with great views east and west. Downhill is rocky and fun. Climbed up Pond Run Tuscarora, got nailed with thunder, rain, deep stream crossings, hail, and hike-a-bikes—might be more climbable in the dry, but not much fun in the rain. Got a little turned around at the top. Found our way to Little Stoney, which is fun as climb or downhill, dh is fast and rocky, but end is wet. Fireroad back to the car. 20 miles, 6 hours.
